Fund Description
The investment strategy of the Everest Babcock & Brown Opportunities Fund (Fund) is to invest in a diverse portfolio of equity co-investments. The Manager will target equity investment opportunities in transactions where a member of Babcock & Brown is coinvesting alongside the Fund in the equity of the transaction#.
The Fund is closed to new and existing investors.
# The Fund’s access to Babcock & Brown deal flow will not be on an exclusive or priority basis and is not guaranteed. Babcock & Brown does not guarantee that the Fund will achieve a certain size. Babcock & Brown reserves the right to establish any fund in the future that may be similar in nature to the Fund or have similar investment parameters.
